Share 'Links to specific user groups'

It seems like it might be nice to be able to go to one place on this website to see all user groups in Oklahoma. Is there a way to add a 'links' page for links to all the user groups in Oklahoma? Or should we just create a 'Group' for each one? Or is there any value in this sort of thing?
